Shifting Seasons is a year-long membership to help you move through life with more presence, intention, and rhythm.As a Somatic Coach and Wellbeing Studio Owner, I see it all too often: in our fast-paced, always-on world, many of us have lost touch with something essential — the natural cycles that shape the land around us.These rhythms once guided how we lived, worked, and rested.Shifting Seasons is a space to gently rebuild that connection. To slow down. To notice what’s changing. And to use the turning of the year as a guide for your own wellbeing, growth, and reflection.

Summer may bring energy, momentum, and a pull to show up and shine.
Autumn may call you to slow down, gather what matters, and let go.Each season offers a shift in rhythm – a quiet invitation to check in, realign, and move forward with intention.Drawing on the Celtic Wheel of the Year and the changing landscape, alongside our monthly community calls, we’ll use the eight festivals as waymarks — moments to pause, reflect, and recalibrate.This isn’t about wild rituals or grand gestures. FAQs
This is the first time I’m running a long-term membership community. I’m opening it up as a pilot for a full 12 months. This allows us to grow, experiment, and evolve the experience together.
Note, the community needs a minimum of 8 people to run and will be capped.
Community calls are expected to run 7:00–8:30pm (UK time) on the 1st Thursday of each month.

The community calls will not be recorded to protect the confidentiality and support authentic expression in the space.
If you can’t join live, you won’t miss out completely – all reflection prompts and guided practices will be sent by email shortly afterwards.
The first email will land in your inbox on 12th September 2025. Applications close at 9pm on Friday 5th September.
If we don’t meet the minimum group size of 8, the membership won’t run and any payments will be fully refunded.
Not at all. The membership is designed to take you deeper and provide ongoing support as the seasons shift. You don’t need to attend the in-person Circles to benefit – and if you do, this will only enrich your journey.
Applications are open now, and this is the only planned entry point.
I may open up a second window in May if the group feels right for it — but no guarantees.
Yes. This container is designed for depth, not quick fixes.
Committing to the full year helps us build trust and community. That said, if something significant changes in your life, we can discuss your options on a case-by-case basis.
There are none planned but maybe. As this is a pilot, we’ll regularly check in with the group. If it feels aligned and there’s interest, we may co-create something in-person together.
To get the most from the membership, I recommend setting aside 15–30 minutes each week to engage with the seasonal prompts. Add in the monthly 90-minute group call, and the rest is up to you – all resources are optional and there when you need them.
Support is always available through the group chat, and if you're on the coaching tier, you’ll also have access to a private chat thread.
You’re also welcome to book a free 15-minute check-in call anytime during the year, or use your member discount to book 1:1 sessions if deeper support is needed.
You’ll receive a private link to a dedicated webpage where all the resources will live. Each week, the new journal prompts will be added so you can revisit or catch up anytime. You’ll also find:
- Links to all the guided meditations
- My booking calendar for coaching or check-in calls
- Occasional signposts to other tools or practices I trust and recommend
